1. General Information

 

 

MØ Builders & Co. is a licensed general contractor and design-build firm based in Miami, Florida, providing residential and commercial construction services throughout South Florida and surrounding areas.

 

Use of this website does not constitute a contract for construction services. All construction projects require a separate written agreement executed by both parties.

 

 

 

2. Promotional Offers & Savings (Ribbon Offer)

 

 

From time to time, MØ Builders may promote limited-time offers, including savings or credits advertised on our website or marketing materials (the “Offer”).

 

 

Offer Terms:

 

 

  • Promotional offers (including the “New Year Savings Event” or similar ribbon offers) may provide savings of up to a stated maximum amount, depending on project scope, size, and contract value.

  • Offers are not guaranteed and are subject to qualification, review, and approval by MØ Builders.

  • Savings are typically applied as a credit toward construction costs, design services, or project fees and are not redeemable for cash.

  • Offers apply only to qualifying projects that:

     

    • Meet MØ Builders’ minimum project requirements

    • Execute a construction agreement within the promotional period

    • Proceed to contract execution and commencement

     

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • MØ Builders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If a project is canceled, delayed indefinitely, or does not proceed to contract, the promotional offer becomes void.

 

 

Final eligibility, savings amounts, and application of any offer are determined solely by MØ Builders and documented in the final contract, if applicable.

 

How the Promotional Credit Is Calculated (Net Build Value)

 

 

The promotional credit is calculated based on the Net Build Value (NBV) of your executed construction agreement.

 

Net Build Value represents the approved construction cost for your project, excluding permit fees, government fees, taxes, financing costs, third-party professional fees, and owner-supplied materials.

 

Eligible projects may receive a promotional construction credit as follows:

 

  • Projects with a Net Build Value between $0 and $100,000 may receive a credit equal to 1.5 percent of the Net Build Value, up to a maximum of $1,500.

  • Projects with a Net Build Value between $101,000 and $500,000 may receive a credit equal to 0.75 percent of the Net Build Value, up to a maximum of $3,750.

  • Projects with a Net Build Value between $501,000 and $1,000,000 may receive a credit equal to 0.65 percent of the Net Build Value, up to a maximum of $6,500.

 

 

The promotional credit is applied toward eligible construction costs after contract execution and final scope approval. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers unless approved in writing by MO Builders & Co.

 

 

3. Estimates & Project Intake Submissions

 

 

Any information submitted through our website, including the “Start Your Project” form, is used for preliminary evaluation purposes only.

 

  • Submitted information does not constitute a binding estimate or proposal.

  • All pricing, timelines, and scope details are subject to site visits, design development, permitting requirements, and final contract approval.

  • Estimates may change due to material costs, labor conditions, permitting authority requirements, or unforeseen site conditions.

 

 

 

 

4. Licensing, Permits & Compliance

 

 

MØ Builders performs work in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and local regulations.

 

  • Permits and approvals are obtained as required by law and project scope.

  • Timelines may be affected by municipal review periods, inspections, or third-party approvals beyond our control.

  • MØ Builders is not responsible for delays caused by permitting authorities, utilities, or homeowner associations.

 

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, renderings, and branding, is the property of MØ Builders & Co. or its licensors.

 

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • MØ Builders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or project inquiries.

  • Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
