Upscale restaurant build-out in Wynwood, Miami, designed around a moody, intimate atmosphere with a strong focus on lighting, materials, and spatial flow. Scope of Work:

Full commercial build-out including demolition, framing, MEP systems, commercial kitchen installation, custom bar fabrication, dining area construction, restrooms, lighting systems, and code-compliant life safety upgrades.

Design Highlights:

Moody upscale interior with layered lighting, darker tones, and warm material contrasts. The layout was designed to create an intimate guest experience while maintaining efficient service flow between kitchen, bar, and dining areas.

Materials & Finishes:

Custom wood millwork, stone and quartz surfaces, dark-toned finishes, metal accents, statement lighting, and durable commercial-grade materials selected to elevate the space while handling high-volume use.

Timeline:

Executed on a fast-track schedule with coordinated trades and phased inspections to meet opening deadlines.
