MØ Builders led a full interior renovation of this high-rise condo in South Beach’s prestigious Portofino Tower. The project reimagined the unit as an open, contemporary living space with a clean aesthetic and enhanced natural light.

Complete interior overhaul: kitchen and bath remodels, flooring installation, lighting upgrade, custom cabinetry, and aesthetic refinements throughout.

Open-plan layout with generous sightlines, sleek white stone finishes, minimalist millwork, spa-inspired bathrooms, and pared-back luxury tailored for urban waterfront living.

 

Materials & Finishes

High-polish porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, matte black plumbing and lighting fixtures, and select custom millwork details.

Executed within approximately 3 months, strategically coordinated around HOA guidelines and high-rise logistics.
